What is the Veil treatment from Alma Lasers?

The Alma Veil is a laser treatment that can treat a variety of skin conditions, including:

How does it work?

A non-invasive laser treatment, the Alma Veil uses DermaCore delivery to simultaneously target large and small vascular structures enchanting treatment precision and optimizing outcomes. We are using wavelengths 543 and 1064 to target vascular concerns and other common dermatological concerns. We are also using energy to promote collagen and elastin to further help your skin look smoother, more radiant, healthier looking skin. 

What do I do to prepare for my appointment?

No tanning, self tanning, or spray tanning 4 weeks prior.
No direct sunlight for longer than 20 minutes for 2 weeks prior: For example even sitting at a ballgame outside in high heat.
No retinols for 5 days.
No lotion and freshly shaved legs if treating that area. If spider veins are treated on legs they need to be wearing compression hose for a week after treatment.
