1. Service Provision:

   • Our services include a range of medical spa treatments and procedures designed to enhance your well-being and appearance. These services are provided by licensed professionals in a safe and comfortable environment.

   • Prior to receiving any treatment, you will undergo a consultation to assess your suitability for the selected procedure and ensure your safety.

2. Appointment Booking:

   • Appointments for services can be booked through our website. We endeavor to accommodate your preferred date and time; however, availability may vary.

   • We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the smooth operation of our schedule. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

3. Payment and Cancellation:

   • Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of your appointment, as per the agreed-upon terms.

   • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. We require a minimum notice period for cancellations to avoid any associated fees.

   • If you inform us of cancellation within 24 hours prior to appt, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment 8 hours before your scheduled appointment we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the appointment. Any tox appointments will be considered on average $250 appointment values. We understand unforeseen events happen such as emergencies and illness, and we will discuss such events at time of cancellation and severity will be at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities:

   • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, allergies, and any pre-existing conditions that may impact your suitability for certain treatments.

   • You are expected to follow the pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our professionals to ensure optimal results and minimize any potential risks or complications.

5. Confidentiality:

   • We prioritize the confidentiality and privacy of our clients’ information. Any personal or medical information disclosed during consultations or treatments will be handled with the utmost discretion and in compliance with applicable privacy laws, unless you have signed our consent for us to use photos, and or signed a consent form to be a "model" for services, granting us full permission for marketing and educational purposes.

6. Liability:

   • While we strive to deliver exceptional service and results, Nurse V Beauty+Tox LLC and its staff are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction resulting from treatments, provided all procedures are performed according to professional standards.

   • We recommend discussing any concerns or expectations with our team prior to undergoing treatment to address any potential issues or misunderstandings.

7. Intellectual Property:

   • All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, images, and text, displayed on our website or promotional materials, are the property of Nurse V Beauty+Tox and are protected by copyright laws.

   • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
