Please note that if your appointment was cancelled for ANY reason whatsoever within 24 hours, the booking deposit fee is non-refundable, no exceptions. In addition to forfeiting the booking deposit, if you inform us of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the appointment value. If you wish to cancel your appointment 8 hours before your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card in file, 100% of the appointment value. NO SHOW will be charged 100% appointment value to the card on file, no exceptions to the rule. Any tox appointment will be considered an average of $250 appointment value. We understand that unforeseen events happen such as emergencies and illness to which we will discuss such events at the time of cancellation and severity will be at our discretion.
